MY TREATMENT APPROACH

Nicole graduated from the University of Missouri with a BA in Psychology, minoring in sociology and multicultural studies. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Counseling at the University of Missouri- Kansas City. She strives to create a caring and supportive environment that is sensitive to the needs of each individual. Nicole has experience working with a wide array of adults specializing in anxiety, depression, and life-transitions. She focuses on utilizing evidence-based therapies, self-care, mindfulness, and the client’s personal value system in order to help clients achieve their goals.
