Full Profile

I decided to specialize in anxiety as it is a struggle I have battled for decades. I found the practices that were successful for me and I want to teach others what I have learned and offer a break from the chains of worry.

I am a second career mental health professional. I previously worked in Sales Implementation and Marketing in corporate America. I graduated with my Master's in Counseling Psychology from Avila University in 2013. I completed my internship at SAFEHOME working with women and children survivors of domestic violence. After graduation, I worked in community mental health focused on children suffering from trauma. Since 2016, I have been in private practice with a focus on Anxiety Disorders and OCD. I am certified in CBT for anxiety and trained in Exposure and Response Prevention therapy for anxiety and OCD. I am a member of the ACA and a 2019 CDLP Award recipient from ADAA (Anxiety and Depression Association of America).
