"I am not what has happened to me. I am what I choose to become." - Carl Jung

Life can sometimes become too difficult to go it alone. I believe that as a counselor, it is my duty to provide you with useful tools and resources to help you navigate through life with confidence and hope. I consider it a privilege and an honor to be included in a client's life; to be given the opportunity to develop a unique and deep connection with them.

The world around us can be a daunting and harmful place that influences how we think about ourselves. I work to change those thoughts in my clients so that they can believe in themselves. My goal is to help clients realize their potential by learning to accept and love themselves, to overcome their fears that hold them back, and to promote positive change in their lives that can carry on for years to come.
