Your Journey to Heart Peace
Light Reins Counseling

As a professional clinician who has journeyed alongside hurting individuals and couples for over 25 years, I continue to appreciate each step taken in the process toward healing and growth. I am honored to be invited into your most vulnerable moments -- creating a safe space for you to explore the traumas and triumphs of life. My heart is to assist you in increasing self-awareness, discovering inner strengths and personal values to guide you on your path.

I especially enjoy working with relationship issues (pre-marital, marital, affair-recovery, divorce recovery), anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, inner healing and other common mental health issues. I also provide equine-assisted psychotherapy (learning about oneself through connection with horses) offsite at a nearby location.
