"You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. Do the you thing you think you cannot do." -Eleanor Roosevelt

While life isn't always easy and it may not always go as planned, finding the calm in the chaos is part of my hope for my clients.

I believe that the relationships and the experiences we make throughout life's journey aid in building the way we see ourselves. It is my honor to work with my clients as they travel along their path through grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and life stage development both individually and in groups. I have a strong passion for working toward wholeness in the midst of trauma and an empathic understanding of anxiety in a chaotic world.
