Kristy received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English literature from the University of Colorado in 2005 and her Master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in mental health at MidAmerica Nazarene University in 2012.
Kristy approaches therapy from an existential lens, addressing core concerns such as death, isolation, meaninglessness and anxiety, while borrowing techniques and tools from various therapeutic modalities. She has a heart for restoration and a desire to see others walking in freedom and fullness of life.
Kristy is a student member in good standing with the American Counseling Association.
